Recording: Make Dosa's at home

A glimpse of what my monthly online cooking classes are like.

One of the perks of becoming a paid subscriber is joining our monthly online cooking class, normally held in the last week of the month.

In April, our class was all about Dosa - no, I’m not going to call it a fermented crepe and how you can easily make it at home with just a handful of ingredients.

I’ve decided to open up this recording to all of you because many of you have joined the community over the weekend, and I feel like that deserves a big celebration (thanks, Substack Reads!).

Also, a big thank you to everyone that joined this first monthly class - if you have feedback on what worked/what didn’t work, please comment below or slide into my DM’s. I promise to work on the microphone/Zoom spotlighting etc, for the next class.

To wrap up, I can confirm that I proceeded to eat Dosa all weekend long.

Just want the Dosa recipe?

I’ve written about my lifelong love affair with dosa before. You can find the full recipe in that post.

Love cooking classes?

Come join our next one that will happen end of May.

Joining our paid community for $10/month or $100/year gives you access to one cooking class every month as well as regular recipes & Indian food stories.
