May has been an absolute whirlwind, and I cannot believe it’s almost coming to an end!
I joined an online writing course, Write of Passage and boy, it’s been intense. I feel like I’ve just finished running 6km (I’ve never run even 2km!) - that’s how tired I am. But it’s the last Saturday of the month and so, it’s time for a cooking class.
This month’s class takes place on:
Saturday 27 May, 10am NZT
or, if you’re based in USA, on Friday 26 May at 6pm EST.
Go paid for $10/month and join our class on Indian Breakfast
We will be making
A sweet breakfast, Rava Kheer
A savoury breakfast, Akoori
This will be a cook-along class
It means that after you subscribe, you can download the ingredient and prep list and we will cook together on the day so that you end up with two delicious dishes to eat at your home.
This is normally something I do for my private cooking classes but we’re experimenting with it this month to see if it resonates.
In order to join, you just have to become a paying member of this community: $10/month or $100/year. This class will be 60 to 90 minutes long.
And if you can’t make class - it’s okay. I will record it and share the link with all paid subscribers.
If I’ve piqued your curiosity and you’d love to make some brunch this weekend, come join us! If you’re already a paid member, read on for all the details.
